Wedding Planning Packages
Chorion Package
Day of Coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of the wedding (additional hours available as needed for an extra fee)
- wedding rehearsal : 75 minutes
- coordinate with all vendors including handling final payment and tips
- wedding binder for day of with all information
- ensuring timeline runs smoothly and everything occurs
- meet with the couple up to 3 times: 6 - 4 weeks away from the day, 2 weeks before & week of the big day
- light set up: placing centerpieces, table cloths, signage or pictures
You have done all the planning, and you just need someone there to help on the day of and make sure everything runs smoothly? This is the package for you!
Caterpillar Package
You have planned most of the wedding and just need help wrapping up the final details. This allows you to enjoy the month before the wedding with no worries because we have everything covered!
Month of Coordination
Includes everything in the Chorion package plus the following:
- any additional questions by vendors are filtered through us.
- 2 additional 45 min meetings (5 in total) & one must be at the wedding venue
- discount off of any signage & custom design items from Buttahfly Creations
Chrysalis Package
Includes everything in the Chorion & Caterpillar package plus the following:
- sourcing additional vendors
- communication with all vendors and venue from time of booking until wedding day
- constant contact via email or text, 4- 15 minute phone call meetings
- 5 additional 30 minute meetings (10 in total)
You already have your venue and a couple vendors but need help from now until the big day. This package will be great for you!
Partial Coordination
